help! units 3/4 in year 11

Hi guys,
I don’t know if I should do media units 3/4 in year 11.
The other subjects I will chose are:
-English
-Methods
-Accounting
-Business management
-and possibly PE

Is it possible to get 45+ in media and how hard will it be to achieve that?

Also, should I even do media in year 11 if I don’t care for it to be in my primary 4? Should I do another one of my subjects instead of media that I want to be in my primary 4 as units 3/4 in year 11? If so, which subject?

Hello!

Doing a 3/4 class in year 11 is very useful as you get a sense of what a year 12 subject is like and get used to the lingo of year 12.

If you are interested in media 3/4, I would definitely do it. It is hard to get a 45+ in any subject. Last year, 65 people achieved a 45+, so it is definitely not impossible.

If you don't care about Media being in your primary 4, I suggest that you chose another subject as you really want to be passionate about all of your subjects, including your 3/4 in year 11. Look at the VCE study designs, talk to your teachers, or university prerequisites to see if there are other subjects you want to complete.
