If I do Accountancy at RMIT would I be able to transfer to Melb Uni Commerce the following year?
Or Professional Accountancy at RMIT?

You will be able to transfer but you need to have or be above the GPA melbourne states is needed for entry into their commerce course. So, you need to keep your grades up.
Also, you need to meet any required prerequisites, you wont get out of those if you already haven't done them (Eg methods 3/4 is still needed even if you transfer in) that said you can do the uni equivalent of methods which is also fine.
