hm well i didnt find chem too difficult probably because we had a week of year 12 and we started a lot of chpaters 1-3, most of which was revision of units 1+2.
i still need to read two of my texts.

I had a mini-panic attack a few hours ago about not doing enough work and school hasn't even started yet! :(

Some of the techniques like NMR and to some extent chromatography are conceptually very hard to understand properly and those with average mathematics would find the trickier calculations in things like back titrations difficult.

I've only read one of my texts...and I do both English and Lit. sighhh

Who's going to read their English texts more than once?
2011 - English, English Language, Philosophy, Indonesian SL, Outdoor and Environmental Studies.

“We are all alone, born alone, die alone, we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way. I do not say lonely -- at least, not all the time -- but essentially, and finally, alone. This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don't see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”
― Hunter S. Thompson

Not before school starts...more because of time constraints but also because it's probably not worthwhile.

2nd time would probably be after my unit 3 chem exam. the other times would be a rough skim of it.

Well some of the spectroscopy stuff where a bit harder to comprehend, but after reading it a few times along with some study guides it seemed okay. Well i found A+ notes and TSFX notes quite helpful for spectroscopy and the diff titrations.

Who's going to read their English texts more than once?
Probably not. I might read them again before sacs/exams

Probability is gonna be the hardest for me in Math Methods, T_T, I remember our school starting probability in semester 1, and had an intense 2 week study for the mid yr exam for probability, to only recieve a high B, as it was heavily probability based, which destroyed most of my marks. >;. Hopefully the summer holidays, studying over it, will become much more easier to grasp ;D
About Philosophy

When I see a youth thus engaged,—the study appears to me to be in character, and becoming a man of liberal education, and him who neglects philosophy I regard as an inferior man, who will never aspire to anything great or noble. But if I see him continuing the study in later life, and not leaving off, I should like to beat him - Callicle

Eeeek, yes, probability is annoying.
The only fun part is where you use matrices and markov chains.

Usually, the easiest questions on the VCAA exams are by far the probability ones. However, our hardest SAC was the probability one! It just takes a fair amount of work to move through the different sections of probability, (discrete, normal etc) but it quickly becomes easy after some work.
