TSSM!? !!

Hey,

I enrolled in a TSSM business management lecture about 2 weeks ago via their website... I paid directly after my enrolment and I did not receive a confirmation letter/email... I waited 3 days and I still had not received anything. I have emailed them countless times but they have never replied!!! I rang them and they told me the venue information (which is different to that on their website...), they also said I will receive the letter in the mail - still no letter. I continually rang them today but no one answered..............and the lecture is tomorrow!?

I'm still confused as to where the lecture will be since the details they told me on the phone don't match the same venue stated on their website! Has anyone else had the same trouble with TSSM?

It's ironic they are actually attempting to teach me business when in fact they don't even know how to run their own. They advertise 100% refund if not satisfied - it might be my only option.   :knuppel2:

I'm sure there's a legitimate reason why you haven't received your forms and stuff. They will probably all arrive tommorrow or on Monday LOL.

wait, how come there are lectures now?
is this the intensive 10 week courses or are these one day lectures?

It was just a one day lecture - head start to unit 4
