Commerce/Arts (chinese) and commerce/Chinese?? is there a big diff or just about learning the languague?

In arts (chinese) you do an arts degree but major in chinese language. but in only chinese u do a language degree for chinese

Is that second one a diploma? I didn't know you could do straight language degrees.

strawberries123's sis ere, they wrote chinese/commerce exactly like that so yea. i wrote them an e-mail asking but they still haven't replied..grrr
