Best Songs From Soundtracks?

I've just gotten into watching films (yay!) and have thought if others could recommend songs from particular soundtracks which they enjoyed, I could listen to those songs as well!

Let's start with the song that actually inspired the making of this thread: The Ecstasy Of Gold - Ennio Morricone (from The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. :))

New Slang - The Garden State   (The Shins. But seriously, just go and listen to the Shins.)

My favourite Shins song. I also have two live recordings of it, and another featuring Sam Beam from Iron & Wine. (Some are from singles/EPs, some bootleg)

I third Lux Aeterna - Clint Mansell.
Also, the Fable 2 soundtracks. (It's a game but all pieces are orchestral - No cheap music. :) )
