Office 2007 Problem with Citation

Hey guys

For those with Office 2007: As you know, there is a Citation & Bibliography option under the References tabe which would allow you to create references in the required format (MLA, APA, Harvard etc.) On my Office, however all the options seems to be greyed out (i.e. can't access it) except the Insert Citation which when pressed, only allows me to choose the Select Libraries option. (the others seem to be greyed out)

Has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly, has anyone has anyone got a fix for this problem?
