I'm looking at the map is the carpool parking the whole of SE1? (the car park just after the roundabout when u come in from wellington road)

There are two areas, there is an arts multi-storey (turn right at main entrance, near sports/Robert Blackwood), the roof level of that is carpool. The science/eng multi-storey (Forster Rd entry), roof level is carpool and meter.

You park in carpooling. If someone catches you, claim you dropped him at the lecture theatre because you was LATE. (so the art is to arrive at uni ~15minutes past the hour always).

I got a question for the current students... if you were to go to the engineering/science carpark, do you drive all the way around the outside of the uni or do you just go in the main entrance and cut through. I don't want to accidently injure any of my future classmates.

I didn't either, until one of my mates forgot his red permit and got a fine and then talked his way out of it

Yep, he gets to use his dad's red permit, and he has enough balls to park right next to the dean's green permit like a boss.

I travel down Blackburn Rd so I turn onto Ferntree Gully Rd and then onto Howleys Rd (where the Fuel Zone is) and this leads to the Engy car park. Cutting through the uni from Wellington would be a bitch. So many pedestrians and speed bumps D:

There are roads inside the campus dude It even has a name: ring road. google maps it

To get to engineering/science, take the forster rd exit on freeway, otherwise enjoy 20 million speed bumps/ped crossing, idiot asians who can only drive at 15kph, and bottom out on speed bumps because no one has enough patience, enjoy repair bill.

Get onto Normanby (the turn is where Residential Halls is) and then turn left at the first round about to get onto Ring Rd East, then right at the second to get onto Ring Rd West. You'll see Engineering car park on your left. Look at the googlemaps link Mao provided.

[I always park on level 2, look for the car with my number plate after noon ]
