Dw I did this all the time during Year 11 (not as much in Year 12 admittedly, but still procrastinated). I think how I helped reduce it was that around two months before final exams I was banned from watching Youtube videos (my main distraction) and I had flexible to-do lists for each day.

Lol parents banned me ;D Technically I could access Youtube (no website blocker, just a 'Don't go on Youtube!' verbal warning), but I obeyed the ban and it was proven effective imo

If you  do want to temp ban yourself from a site StayFocused is a useful plugin to consider

I once managed to ban every website on chrome for 3 days with that plugin :-[
