I'm more amused over the Snapchat giphy of the Walmart kid and how they happen to capture the part where he moves his neck up and down xD

Here's hoping you don't have an 8am one the day after

Thanks. I actually have a 9am the day after but I plan to just enrol in the web stream and watch all the recordings at home anyway

(I know I'm a little bit late haha, haven't read this thread for a while).
I'm vegetarian and have been for a few years, and although I'm currently not vegan I try to avoid dairy products whenever possible - soy/almond milk in coffee, whenever I make something it's always vegan etc.

I often have meat substitutes with dinner instead of meats, I find if I have only veggies I don't quite feel full. I've tried a few different ones and my favourite is currently the (vegan) Quorn Garlic + Herb fillets (they also do a vegan schnitzel), the texture and taste is great, just pop it in the oven for 20m and it's ready. I find the texture and taste nicer than tofu (vegetarians don't have to eat tofu!). I also found this amazing chocolate ice cream for chocolate / ice cream lovers - by Weis and it's the dairy free dark choc ice cream. Can't tell it doesn't have dairy and the taste is divine!

My dietary choices come from the fact that the living conditions are so terrible for most of the animals. I also personally don't like the idea of killing animals just so I can have meat, although animals die so that's not my primary concern, I just wish they were treated better. Being vegetarian / vegan is also great for the environment. So many good reasons!

Many places also have vegetarian options, the main reason I'm not vegan is just because it's so prevalent, when I can avoid it I do. If you are interested in becoming vegan / vegetarian try out some meat substitutes, figure out what you do and don't like. If it's too much for you I support reducing meat intake and having more ethical meat (organic or free range meat, where they're fed and treated better).

Sorry for the late wall of text haha, but I hope this helps with anyone considering making a dietary change  ;D

Did anyone else know about Inuit/Mongolian/Tuvan throat singing??

I listen to a band called Tengger Cavalry that uses Mongolian throat singing. Would recommend

Please. You'd buy books in almost every circumstance anyway.

Not every circumstance 😂
Also an issue today as I may/may not need to leave it all in my locker depending on my activities for the night. :')
