I haven't had a good night of sleep in weeks. This is very frustrating.

I know the feeling.
The only thing that seems to work for better sleep is some sort of night-time tea from T2, which was v effective during exam-time, haha.

And then today I looked at the AN notes section and find an upload from I guess someone last year. And then I learnt how to do it properly, and consequently how to teach it.
