Scull if you get a downvote?
Replace "kooky" with "waste of money", "tiring" or "having to unnecessarily interact with seedy people" and you're on the money.

Go ahead. Now excuse me while I go and downvote your 600+ posts

Just wondering: does anyone on AN (that is over the age of 18) enjoy clubbing? Never been myself, but really doesn't seem like my thing

Have already probably made my thoughts clear on the matter haha, but the one time I enjoyed it, I had consumed 3-4 standard drinks in a very short space of time, so I feel like that was the big influencing factor.

You have to enjoy dancing/not mind looking like a bit of an idiot/spending money on overpriced drinks/having strange people come try to interact/dance with or next to you.

I've never really been that sort of person, but gave it a shot anyway to see what the fuss was about. I feel like my general energy levels are just not high enough to enjoy it, nor is it my scene at all.

Really selling it, K888!

Sounds dreadful. #introvert

Don't know how I haven't been contacted to be an ambassador for nightclubs yet, tbh.

I don't mind dancing/looking like an idiot (that's every moment for me)/meeting (cool) strangers, but still feel it's definiteley not my scene, haha. Also, really not a fan of club music at all.

This is directed at everyone not into those sorts of activities: if you were going to go out with a group of mates at night, and not go clubbing, are there any sorts of activities you'd enjoy doing?

See my Friday night where I played a few rounds of Coup was more than enough excitement for me :p
Some people enjoy clubbing... not sure why, sounds terrible. And drinking is overrated

Hahaha I saw first hand why I don't drink giant glasses of wine (or drink much at all in general) before playing games

Clubbing is overrated, and I don't see the appeal in it at all to be completely honest

Also we've discovered that I suck greatly at foosball and ping pong haha

This should be how the game modship works. I challenge you, Shadowxo, to a games duel to be the new Insanipi!

My hand-eye coordination is perfect.

My hands are at the ends of my arms and my eyes are above my nose.

See?

Is it only me, or does changing writing font (on a Word doc.) inspire better writing? I've been trying this over the past few weeks and the results have been surprising  :o

If I get stuck writing things on word, I do actually change my font to Century Gothic. Works everytime.
