Anxiety is frustrating because it can be triggered by the seemingly most innocuous things.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by even little things. There were some ants in my room a couple days ago for no good reason and it really stressed me out. Also my physics homework made me want to just give up and hide under my covers until it went away (which it never does  :-\ )

One of the many, many reasons why anxiety is frustrating.

I also love how it makes me do tasks like talking to people a chore or that i too would love to think about how everyone hates me, when I make a mistake. Ahh anxiety, you always come to ruin my day and love being a bully :(. Why do you torment me.

And to add my own random thought: Is it just me or does anyone like going on a swing set whenever they see one? I don't know why, but when i see a swing set. My mind and body just starts walking to it.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
Hence why i'm in all these different threads and boards.

I love swings; I like the rhythm and the freedom.  Was swinging once when a little kid said audibly, "Mummy, why is a grown-up playing? Grown-ups don't play!"

A few random things here.

1. This is my first ever ATAR Notes post from my phone.
2. Has anyone ever tasted an ant? There was an ant in the packet of chips I just reached into and I'm not sure if the AWFUL AWFUL SATANIC taste came from the exterior or the interior of the ant. But serious, what the fuck? How can such a tiny animal have such an extreme taste?
Not sure how to navigate around ATAR Notes? Check out this video!

The taste is formic acid, and I agree that it is horrible :(

Protein.

Nah, if it was one of those generic small black ants, they're the ones that smell when you crush them. So they probably release some chemical or something nasty.
I just googled "why do ants smell when you squish them", and reddit tells me that the scent is a signal to other ants that they're dead so need to be carried to an ant graveyard. So you tasted an ant message, by the sounds of it, Elyse.
Sadly, that ant will not be able to be buried alongside its fallen comrades at the ant graveyard.

Edit: obligatory "I'm not sure if this is actually true"
