Just another round of talking to Calebark

Does anyone get a bit paranoid when cooking chicken? I diced + spiced a tonne of chicken for dinner, and I had to check it every 5 seconds because I'm scared of murdering a sibling with food poisoning

Pardon me if I'm ignorant, but why is there a need to check it every 5 seconds?

Won't all the bacteria die when it's cooking :O?

It does I'm just careful about finding the perfect point where it's cooked enough to eat but not overcooked.

I'm pretty good with it now haha, but there's still a nagging thought in my mind. When you go to check the chicken, just grab the biggest piece and cut that a bit. Make surr it's not pink. Also, totally recommend spicing your chicken BEFORE you cook it, not after, as it'll taste so much better.

omg I was literally cooking chicken tonight...thought it looked cooked, then cut open a piece...realize it's not...put it back...repeat process haha

For my first 3/4 (Year 11), my teacher told me a few weeks before the exam the best I could hope for was ~40. Got a 48 - don't give up!

I was late yesterday morning because the bus I normally catch (comes every 30 minutes) was 45 minutes late, and the one after that was 35 minutes late.
