Without context, an interesting post.

I'm wearing the same shoes I always wear, socks with penguins on them, the same pants I always wear, underpants, the same belt I always wear, an ATAR Notes t-shirt, an ATAR Notes hoodie, the same watch I always wear, and the same ring I always wear.

Maybe I'm just interested in your attire? Hahaha.

This website says it can happen more when the air is dry and if you're in a place that has central heating/air conditioning going.
If you're scuffing your feet when you're walking, though, that'll be building up static electricity that's just waiting to be dispensed! If you walk around without shoes on, the shocks should stop happening.

Maybe you just have an electric personality?

As an aside, this is a great opportunity for you to annoy people by touching them and zapping them

No joke, I reckon I've been electrically shocked about 30-40 times today. I'm so confused.
