My thought process on the treadmill is usually more along the lines of "oh god when is this going to end", "I regret everything" and when I see myself running in the mirror, "oh god I look like I'm having an MI, someone get out the defibrillator"

I find myself there a lot too. When that happens I just pray that my mind gets distracted by something better. It usually works for a good 4-15 minutes before I need to rinse and repeat

Pretty much a keyboard in a guitary shape so the musician can be less stationary on stage. If you want to hear a song that has it, it's featured heavily (esp. in the intro) in The Cage by Sonata Arctica.
