About Pathway to Monash Law

About pathway to law, I noticed this in the link https://www.monash.edu/law/future-students/undergraduate/pathways/information :
If eligible and getting credit (60%) average in the first year, then guaranteed a place in second year of the Bachelor of Laws.

Just wondering if "second year" here just means the transfer to law in the second year and then keep in law until graduation no matter what marks in the following years. Or does the "second year" mean you need to getting credit (60%) average for every year in order to be in law for the next year?

Thanks.

Hi! I am also considering law at Monash.
From what I know, I think once you transfer into law, then you are in for the rest of your degree.
Keep in mind, you would need to continue to pass all your units for the rest of your degree, to graduate on time.
Please correct me if I am wrong but that's how I interpreted it.
All the best and good luck!
