Which is just about the worst thing you can do.

The video quality of Hazards is shit. Everyone sane would agree with that.

THIS. The test at Bundoora was an absolute nightmare. I was blown away when I passed with 83%. Vicroads are running an ancient app written in VB6 on old CRT monitors.

One of a major purposes of the HPT is to earn money, and by upgrading they are not only making it possibly easier to pass but also are spending more money on the technology.
