Immediate aim is R4TK sub 1 hour.

Hit the 1000steps today. Went up a longer trail route (still just as steep!) that was quiet and really good, then came back down and did the actual steps. Great strength workout for once or twice a week!

As opposed to you, I prefer running up the steps then going down using the slope. I find that I can sprint all the way down the slope without stopping whereas the steps are quite disorientating when going down quickly and a little dangerous. I like going up more than coming down even though its more tiring :P normally do 3-4 rounds when I go there

1.02 for the 15km, so not too bad I guess. Packed as always which was good to see, $2M raised so that's awesome!

I did the 800m at athletics. Normally I do like a 3:40 when I practiced on the bike track. But because of the crowd and stuff, I think the adrenaline pushed me harder than I was capable of or something. I think I would've managed just under 3:00 if I hadn't waited for my friend :P

But during the last lap, I found it hard to breathe, almost felt like I was wheezing, I really felt like stopping but I couldn't bare the embarrassment haha, so I pushed on. Then straight after I stopped, I almost vomited 3 times! almost. Apparently it's because a lot of the blood that was in my stomach went to my muscles to provide more oxygen so my stomach gave up on me and tried to throw everything out of it haha.

Sorry if you were eating :P

Did crosscountry yesterday!

Came 18th in the 17-20 year old Boys group! Into District! :D
This time last year, I was probably obese (85kg) and a couch potato! I'll claim a decent transformation :P

Massive bump is massive!

Anyone running in the Mothers Day Classic? :) It's going to be my first ever run event thing, so I'm really looking forward to it. Any tips? What should I eat/do? My goal is just to get as far as possible :) mostly jogging!
