I only rated those people who i know to a degree. I didn't do anyone's negative one because hardly anyone has truly strongly negative traits, especially ones that are more important than their positive ones.

Here is mine against my better judgement :p . If you're going to be anonymous, could you put an X on the end of your name if you have actually met me (or been in the same 20k radius..). I dont know how good the ratings of those who never met me will be, so, it'd be good to separate them.
