Human Activities on Ozone Levels

Hi guys,

I have a research report with the question: Evaluate how human activities have impacted on the amount of ozone in our atmosphere.
No mark scheme given but a word count of 250 words.
Is it required to talk about the Montreal Protocol? I added a judgement of the effects i.e. detrimental - is that necessary?
