I kinda want to give a shoutout here because your banter game is always #2 on ATAR Notes (can't quell the green shell ;) ), but I feel like that'd mean I'm also kicking everyone else while they're down

Can I give a whisperout?

whisperout to susie's banter game

Banter is generally regarded as public good as one's reception of it does not impede another's, and the supplier cannot reject other parties seeking extra benefit from it. However, to varying extents one may view it as a club good as the non-excludable assumption can be violated depending on how it is defined. One possible way this can occur is the selection of whom to inflict banter upon, and completely rejecting the existence of another party.

Banter is also subject to generating both positive and negative externalities. Depending on the level of offensiveness implied in the banter, another may attain negative benefit, but if the implied humour is effective, it probably allows others to laugh as well, which can be reflected through upvotes and haha reacts especially on social media.

The market for banter is perhaps, more accurately considered an oligopoly as there are various suppliers, but fails to be perfect competition as at any given point, one's supply can dominate over the other and vice versa. It may be worth noting that cartelisation is uncommon as people are very much capable of producing their banter.

And that, my friends, is how to economics.

awesome work rui :) You really are learning fast! You'll be a orange belt banterer in no time :) In terms of suggestions, I feel like this response could have used maybe a few more puns, and maybe a ross gittens meme, but as I said before - solid effort!

Massive shoutout to dancing phalanges, mixel and rodero, whose recent contributions to the Modern History board have been absolutely stellar :) I feel completely useless, and I'm A-okay with that! Loving the amount of students helping each other out and working together :)

And on top of that, huge shoutout to katie, rinos as well! Whose been really making the effort in the history extension thread, contributing some fantastic ideas and answers in the process!

Love you history fam. Never change <3

Ahah thanks Susie ! I'm sure we're both enjoying the huge increase in people on the modern history thread - and every subject for that matter :) The community is becoming a lot more involved, and i'm loving it ! :D

A special (second) shout out to dancing phalanges for both a great username and for offering advice on the AOS creative writing forums which I've woefully neglected for the last week. Love your work!

Shoutout to Calebark for this amazing post about pick the middle questions in the UMAT. Not only did the post include a full length explanation but a UMAT-style question created by none other than Calebark. Most impressive!
