Share some of your wisdom. hahaha. I need it!
Okay...so here we go...
- I stopped making notes and chapter summaries. Those did nothing. I did that for my Motion SAC, and I ended up getting 57%, then some time later for Electric Power, I got 94% by doing paper after paper.
- I analyse all my mistakes. I do the questions again in a different color, and if I'm still not sure about it, on the cheat sheet it goes! Actually, even if I'm just a bit unsure, I put it on my cheat sheet.
- I put heaps of questions on my cheat sheet, like HEAPS. A quarter of my sheet are module summaries with the formulae. The rest are just random questions that I struggle with.
- I've put model answers on all my sheets. Eg. Youngs DSE, Split Ring vs Slip Rings. Put something down on X-Ray Photons vs Electrons...it's bound to turn up somewhere...
- I've got all my derived formulae on there
- I've done HEAPS of questions...heaps of exams (UNIT 3/4 spilt). How many papers have you done? How are you going in terms of marks?
That's about it...if you want anything more specific, I might be able to help you with that. If people want to see my cheat sheet, I might post a picture up on the Physics forum. I know this isn't 50 material, but I need a really good score to boost me up. As I'm doing
really bad at Methods, Physics looks like the one. Anyway, if you need any help...ask me...or anyone...
Just work on it and you'll be fine...there's plenty of time till the Physics exam. I dragged myself up from like 50ish%, it can be done!
