Feel like it's more demanding than VCE that's for sure.
I disagree with this. I'm finding myself doing way less work for my units and still managing. But of course, if I put in more effort I might not have such a backlog ;)
Wow u ballin', which ones did you go to? Yep agreed. Am not sure how to study tbh, compared to VCE where you would resort to textbook and past exam questions.
This. I'm just writing notes during lectures and doing tute questions. We don't get given pre readings or anything either :/
Yeah same lol. And worst thing is when there's nothing to add/annotate because it's all there. What do you mean by related topics from the library?
So true haha ! Usually the notes are basic enough to understand but complicated enough to have all the detail required

Does anyone have a mid semester exam ?

Haha same (And I'm still trying to sort out all my notes) But at least that'll be a strong incentive for me to get my s#!% together and study during the mid-semester break.

VCE felt like such a breeze compared to this  :P

This, so this. Everything in my course is based on year 12 bio, and I didn't do bio so I'm really struggling to understand wtf is the lecturer talking about :(

Somehow my course seemed to cover yr 12 bio within a week (except for a couple of things) and I have absolutely no idea what's happening. I'm walking into a prac tomorrow preparing to fail aaah.

Did you do year 12 bio ? You should be fine for the prac..normally the demonstrators go through the basic theory that relates to it, so it should be okay :)

This was me except with year 12 chem and in one 2 hour lecture haha.

Meanwhile in my Bio class, they expected that you've done Year 12 Bio or learning it at the same time... I'm just there going "Wait up!"
Anyone doing BIO1011?
