I believe the answer for that in the book is wrong.
But you have to find the n(ethanol)=5/46
therefore m(ethanoic acid)=5/46 * 60 = 6.52
4.8/6.52 *100 = 73.6%

Btw % yield is for Unit 4 as indicated by my teacher, not sure why even recent exams examine that.
