I know high blood pressure can lead to kidney failure but can it also lead to kidney diseases?

I'm not sure your question makes any sense whatsoever in a physiological sense. Are you talking in an acute or in a chronic sense, and what's your  understanding of "kidney failure" and "kidney disease" (of which there are hundreds with even more individual causes)?

Low blood pressure (causing ischaemic changes in the kidneys) can lead to acute renal injury ("failure"). High blood pressure can be a resultant of chronic renal disease ("failure"). "Failure" to describe types of renal impairment isn't used much anymore in writing.
