Advanced Chemistry First Year Monash
« on: January 25, 2013, 03:24:46 pm »
Hi!

I'm enrolling in the Science/Law course at Monash, and one of the options available for first years is an Advanced Chemistry Unit (for VCE Chemistry students who scored over 37 or have an ATAR of 90+).

My problem is: Although I meet the criteria, in school we did very little (none) lab work. Particularly in comparison to the standard 4 hours lab work every week in first semester Uni.

Will I be able to cope with the Unit regardless, or will they be assuming significant prior experience in the lab?

Thanks in advance for the help!
