Nope, Charlie's from a different private school.

The highest scores I know of from MHS and MGS are 99.90.

There are a few 99.95s from MGS, but none of them post here.  One of them is a pure humanities student, too...

That happens like every year for some reason =X Except in 2008, I think it was like 8 99.70s instead.
