Thanks so much for your kind words Geoo - they mean a lot!
I'm so grateful that you followed my journal this year! xx
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m writing this journal post on my new laptop so I’m really excitedSo today’s journal post is is just going to be a brief life update, and an official conclusion to this journal!!
I will always be disappointed with my VCE outcome. Every time I think about my scores, I get so so sad with myself and my efforts. The fact that I didn’t get a single 40+ always disappoints me, and honestly, it will remain something I’ll always look back on with so much regret. It was not meant to end the way it did.
But anyway, enough about VCE.
I’m so excited to continue my learning journey!!!!
I’ve been accepted into the BSci at Melbourne Uni - my dream and goal from the beginning - and I’m excited to start! I’m not entirely sure where I’m going from there, but right now I’m thinking of things along this lines of Pharmacology/Bioengineering/Chemistry as my majors. I’m a bit lost with all the subject selection stuff ah ha. I want to do something majorly chemistry related - the pharmaceutical side of things does interest me!!
Save me as I attempted to learn biology from the start though.
Why did I do Physics in VCE when I’m not planning on continuing it. I think my subjects in first year will be chemistry, biology and maths? Honestly I’m not really sure if I really need maths or not, or if I should do one semester. I don’t know who to ask oops.
I’m excited to go to Uni and follow my science passions, and hopefully achieve my goals and dreams. I want to be in a field where I can help others, but also have fun and have balance in life. We’ll see where life takes me I guess!
Anyway, takes me to the end of this journal post, and my VCE journey in general.
I seriously appreciate and I’m so grateful to everyone who read even a tiny bit of my journal in the crazy 2020. All your support, replies and kind words mean so much to me, and I really mean it when I say it got me through 2020! I don’t know what I’d do without AN, and I’m so thankful I found this little corner of the internet. Also, I’ll be around answering so many of your maths and science questions, and I’m so excited to start modding as well!!
To the class of 2021 and beyond, I wish you all the best of luck in your VCE years! Please enjoy school while you can, enjoy yourselves and I’m hope you all reach your goals and dreams. No matter what, if you want to chat, need help or have questions, my PM’s are always open! You’ve got this xx
I’ve made it to the end of the yellow brick road.
Let’s begin another journey.
