Procrastination!

Hello everybody, need some advice here-
What are your hacks in overcoming procrastination? Especially before the exam block where you feel the rising nervousness and panic and you just want to avoid the world and hope for the best (guilty here)
I find it really difficult to start being productive when I'm in the mindset of avoid and not do anything, so what do you guys do when this happens?
