Adding to this post-methods and spesh (and English)...
English: I'll give it a 9 (since I did Macbeth). I actually wrote my mock on masculinity and it did pretty well, so I ended up just reusing my arguments to answer the question to be safe. But the 'coward' question also had a lot of points to write about.
Methods: Was pretty good! Personally I found paper one easier than paper 2. From what I've heard P2 last question threw off a lot of people because they didn't know what a real root was. If that's the case then the spesh kids would have had an advantage. I'll give it a solid 8 or 9.
Specialist: I'll talk about paper 1 first, which was pretty smooth-sailing in my opinion. However, I'm sure I lost at least two marks, the first for a minor error on multiple choice, the second because I didn't read the final question properly. I got the time the two particles were 4m apart (7pi/12 was what I got) but didn't read the part about finding the position of A at this time, so surely lost at least one mark for that. And I probably made a few stupid mistakes just bc of nerves.
Paper 2 was... not fun. My first instinct in perusal was to look at the final question, and that drove me so close to throwing up just because of how ugly that probability density function looked (in the end it wasn't too bad after I realised they gave us the n value). But seeing that to begin with drove me into a state of panic for the whole exam, so I ended up finding the paper harder than it actually was. It wasn't impossible, just very uncomfortable to complete under pressure. I was also on a crunch for time and didn't get to check my answers for the CU questions.
So paper one I'll give a seven. Paper 2 I'll give a five. Overall, a six for specialist.
