bad digital tv reception

does anyone else get really bad reception sometimes? for me, it's always the 7, 9 and 10 network. i've noticed a bit of a pattern but i think it's still a bit random. sometimes, the commercials are fine then when it gets to the actual show

i don't think it's just digital tv either, in DTV, you get the lagging of the frames and audio but on analog, it's just a crapload more buzzing

We did for a while, just randomly cutting out.
Then we got our ridiculously old antenna and the wall socket replaced, haven't had a problem since.
