I am so pathetic, I had to print out motivational pictures and stick it around my room so I will feel motivated enough to get out of my warm snuggly bed in the morning.
Haha, i've done this as well. I'm horribly forgetful so i also put up post-it notes to remind me to work...except i forget to look at the notes. Big flaw in the system there.
