Is anyone doing this sort of a degree? If you are can you explain what it involves, is there lots of presentations?
I'm planning on doing a double degree in business/communication but want to know if i would just be wasting my time.

Hey haha.
Well, I do Media and Comms and I do like...one presentation a semester?
It's not really focused on that.

For me (and some others?) you tend to study the media and marketing/consumer culture in advertising.
So basically, forms of communication.

In other subjects, you might learn how to communicate in writing by writing press releases and etc.

So if you are looking towards a more marketing side of business then it wouldn't go astray.
