Using Checkpoints for Biology 3&4

Hi, I was just wondering how am I supposed to use the checkpoints book for Biology 3&4, to achieve the best result?
I was confused if I was supposed to look at it at the end of the year, before revising for the exam or if I do each chapter after I have learnt it in class?

Also, the Cambridge 2013 Biology Checkpoints 3&4 book only goes up to Chapter 7?
So do the chapters in the checkpoint book not relate to the chapters in the 3&4 units? ( As there are 12 chapters in the Biology 3&4 textbook)

Well.

1. Checkpoints is great for the review questions do them as you're doing the topic in class or a few days before a SAC.

2.Dont do the actual VCAA questions, do the VCAA exams instead it is a waste of time doing the questions in checkpoints than A+'ing practice VCAA exams

3. The reason why there is less chapters is because Im guessing you have Nature of biology which overloads on the study design
