I don't think the units for Biomed/Engineering will be offered during the summer semester. I had a look at the course guide and it seems that you have to overload in 2 semester just to finish the double degree in 5 years. To cut it down to 4 years, 252 credits req. /6 credit points per unit = 42 units to be taken / 4 years = 6 semester of 5 units, 2 semester of 6 units.

In short, while is MAY* be possible (probably not due to pre-req's and stuff anyway), you will have to be pretty crazy to even think of attempting to complete the course in 4 years.
