Statement of Results

Hello!
So I've been trying to look for information anywhere on this, but my school is useless and never told us this information
So apparently there's this thing called a 'statement of results' that's supposed to get mailed to us but I've never heard of this or received one yet. I was wondering if anyone knows if this was something we were meant to apply to get, if not, when is this supposed to be mailed out and sent to our homes?

Its sort of just a piece of paper with all of your results including study scores and things. Not too sure if it has the atar on it though. I don't think it does. It's a little bit like the email you get on results day that has your gat score and stuff, but its a little easier to comprehend and is generally nicer to look at.
