Usually about 2 hours every 2 days (I have english 3 times a week). Before SACs sometimes 6 hours or so. I know before the media 3 essays + 1 POV I would've put in like 15 hours.  :oops:

i have the same problem as Ahmad :(

Shithouse at english, but strong in all my other subjects.

Shits me that eng has to be in top 4... :(:@

Ive put in so much work to english this year... at least double any other subject, but still cant bring my essays above 80% or so... i rocked orals/creative because theyre not as analysissy lol

I spent all of swot vac practicing Eng + ignoring other subjects... its seemed to work out well lol .

I started working hard in english in year 10 and I think that helped a bit.
Like at the start of year 10 I tried really hard and got B+, and now when I try really hard I get A+ and stuff.

Back in the day was good, I remember I never studied for science and only spent the first half of the lesson doing tests and still aced things xD

they didnt teach us how to write propper essays till year 10 haha, pre year 11, was the biggest bludge ever, i miss those days. Study was non existent.

I never used to study, and I'd get full marks. Lol.

But now I semi-study and I lose a few marks. :(

Heh, I never thought of that.
It's usually just referred to as "the subjects that the smart kids do" :P
But, well, I'm not smart, so that's not really a good name for it :P

Someone else that did the same thing as me.
I got really good marks last year (as well as this year) without studying :P
This year I actually studied a little for exams.
