I have a friend who got a Bonded spot with 99.80 and 83%ile, if that gives you some idea So still a chance!

I got 194 for my score, and I saw that the University of Adelaide has set their cutoff for interstate applicants at 196. Does this mean that if I apply, they wont consider my application?
