So I got an atar ranking of 74.7 and I needed a 75 (instead of 85), this is because i qualified for the monash guarantee.  So you can deduce that Monash (Bachelor of Science) is my first preference and I missed by 0.3.

Study scores (raw):

Chem:28
Bio:31
Physics:30
English:30
Math Methods:30

Is there any hope of getting into monash? I've met all the requirments for swinburne and RMIT but monash was the dream ;(

Yes. Keep the monash preference higher than the others. Might not be a first-round offer but if Monash needs to fill up some spots for the course, you will be at the top of the pile for getting a second-round offer.

If not, do a half-year of a similar course at another uni or half-year of a different course in Monash then apply for mid-year transfer. Whichever way you pick, research the transfer process. I'm not sure of which way is better.
