With the number set {x:|x-1|less that or equal to 4}, I cannot figure out the interval notation.

Essentials is useless at this explanation lol
Sigh... I swear Essentials does the shittest job of explaining modulus..

Nuu don't bag my precious Essentials =X

Much as I agree that they explained the modulus function VERY poorly and that I had to sit and analyse the theory for ages on my own, Essentials is an awesome text book =D I <3 it.
Raw Scores:

Yeh, Essentials is the best!
A friend of mine gave me an old Essentials MM 1+2 textbook when I was in yr 8 or something.
Anyway, I had a read through some of the chapters and found it really easy to understand.
It's great for trying to understand new concepts!
Remember, remember the 5th of November

2010 - MM CAS (47) - Cisco 1+2 (pass :P)
2011 - Eng - Phys - Chem - Spesh - Latin - UMAT
ATAR - 99.00+ plz... :)

Feel free to PM me for anything :D

Let f: R → R, e^{–x}
For all u ∈ R, is equal to
A. f(u) + f(–u)
B.
C. (f(u))^2 – 2
D.
E.

Can somebody explain to me how this is completed? iTute don't have the solutions to the CAS papers for the last couple of years and this is a question which was only on the CAS paper.

Thanks guys
