Nothing is 100%, Monash will have their own selection criteria and it depends a lot on how many applications they get and the strength of the applications. However, I'd be surprised if you didn't get in with that kind of average.

As long as you satisfy the prerequisites then it's definitely possible. Again though, the better you perform throughout all of your subjects (especially maths), the more likely it is that you'll get in.
