English Essay Marker VCE

I know that marking essays (all the types, comparative...etc)  take a lot of time and effort, it is very draining so that's why I am willing to pay a tutor to mark my essays.

I am looking for a tutor that knows and understands the requirements of the VCE criteria.
Is willing to provide VERY detailed analysis of my essays–guide me through, examples (when I'm confused) ...
Provide me samples/examples of essays
Provide me the right homework that would help me extend - e.g essay topics that make me think hard, speeches, persuasive, comparative...
Allow me to reach out to them outside of 'essay marking hours' for discussions and questions
