With the rate, I was so confused about that too.

But with the 15000, they got it from the start of the scenario, it's from a few pages back.

In exam two, for question 1c it says to calculate the upper and lower fences it is
10 -(iqr)

But isn't it

Q1 - 1.5 x IQR

not


Q1 - IQR like the answer states.
