"Yesterday"

On the forum, when you make a post, it shows that you posted "Today" along with the time but is it possible/feasible to make a "Yesterday" as well?

For example, with this post, if you read it tomorrow, instead of having the date and time this was posted, is it possible to put "Yesterday at 11:47:48"?
