Do you think it would be a good idea to have an essays subforum for english? The sole purpose would be for people to submit essays and to have others review them. The presence of such a subforum might encourage people to submit their own essays and it would separate discussion of essays from general questions about english and texts. It would be like an essay masterclass - the submitters learn from the reviews and their mistakes, while others can benefit from example essays and also gain useful advice. People who work hard and want to excel can write more essays in their own time and have it peer reviewed, instead of having to search around for their busy teacher.

Nah. I like the current style where if someone wants feedback they make a new post and then its lost into the back of  the pile of the forum; if that makes sense. lol
