I've only used the ATAR notes topic tests, but I did enjoy them and thought them a pretty useful resource throughout the year.
There are also a few topic tests made by users floating around the forums that you might want to check out.

NEAP Advantage Series books are really good. They have in depth notes and about 40 multiple choice and 10+ short answer questions for each AOS. Apart from that Nelson do really good topic tests but I don't know how to find them
