I definitely have notes because that unit has an open-book exam, but I can't remember if they're handwritten or typed. I'm interstate at the moment, so please remind me to check on Monday.

That unit is compulsory for accounting majors who want the CA accreditation, so I'm betting quite a few people on here have done it.

Have you done BTC1110? Studying is the same as that unit, but my opinion is that BTC2210 is easier because there's more focus in terms of content and it doesn't cover the really broad range of law that BTC1110 does.

The content is seemingly intimidating :(
please tell me we do not have to know all the topics for the exam

Sorry this is probably not what you want to hear, but all content is examinable.
Furbob's notes are really comprehensive and include summaries of key cases.

The most important thing to passing this unit is to understand how to apply the law to a scenario you're presented with. It's not enough to just know the law; you actually need to be able to use your knowledge.

Actually the  course has changed a bit - the 30% assignment covers liquidity and the exam covers only 5 topics  so a few topics were learnt for nothing which was weird

since there's fewer topics there's like 20 mark questions on one topic

there's less stress with less topics (and I went "FUUUU" when I realised I wasted time on making notes on topics that weren't examinable)
