hey guys
do u think its important to know the norms for various fitness tests
its soo much to remember considering different age groups and for diff genders, with many tests aswell
i guess its one of those 1% things that could crop up but is highely unlikely
but then again a rough idea of norms from personal experience probably wouldnt hurt
also, things like what vo2 max is considered high, ave etc
do yous think its important

I tried to remember a few key ones, like VO2, vert jump, beep test etc. but I don't think there's much benefit in memorising everything.. waste of time and not worth the 1 mark that it will probably get you

PE: 49 -> 48.89
BM: 45 -> 43.43

I think, just remember the general idea of things, they won't ask for a specific figure.

But, they might ask to identify which is the better athlete from the data or which V02 max figure is associated with a particular athlete, but it will be pretty obvious.
