Oh cool thanks! I read that wrong at first and I thought you said second round offers came out at 4 o’clock lol had a mini panic attack. And to everyone else waiting for second round offers, good luck!! I hope some of us will make it

To add to that, the offers might even come out tomorrow.
I don't know if it's done through a computerised system but they likely haven't processed how many came in just before they were due (at 4pm) so they don't know how many second offers they have yet. Also, since it's a school, it likely closes around 5pm, and so they probably won't send second round offers until 3pm tomorrow. So I wouldn't start doubting it until then

No don't think like that lol, the chances of winning the lottery are less than the chances of dying along the way(pardon for my dark humour) - national lottery btw. That's how difficult it is. Although I agree you guys have a slim chance, just remember that there is always a next time

agreed: not quite the lottery and still not a very big chance but I’m still hoping a tiny bit but if it don’t get a second round offer *very likely!* i’ll be doing accelerated vce next year

This is from the 2017 JMSS entrance atar notes discussion.

Second Round offers should come about before 18 September and the number is dependent on how many people reject their JMSS offer. If I recall, JMSS will tell you if you get put on the waiting list for JMSS in an email but regardless, you'll receive an email from JMSS in due time so best to wait for it (check spam if you haven't yet). 

It will be great to see you guys who got in next year!!!   Can’t wait! 
Hopefully I meet one of you guys in the orientation camp!!!
